Smart Lock and Keypad

Keypad for the smart lock is located behind the doorbell at the left of the entry.
Your access code will be the last 4 digits of the phone number used when booking.
To unlock, input your 4 numbers and then press the red icon at bottom keypad.
In the event the door does not open the on the first attempt, press the red icon on the keypad to lock it. This should reset it, then input your code again giving it a few seconds to fully unlock.
If you cannot access the front door with the keypad, contact us immediately, we will provide you an alternative option.
To lock, push the red icon after shutting door.
You may need to ensure the door is fully closed prior to being able to lock/unlock the door.
