We traveled to Sunriver with 3 under 4, my disabled mother and sister. To say this house was anything but perfect would be a lie. Two king suites downstairs and a beautiful open main living made my mom feel involved with everything. There are two wide steps down to the patio that she was able to easily navigate with her walker for dinners on the back porch. She was involved with all of her grandchildren’s activities and had the best time. Kristen was responsive and so helpful! We didn’t have to pack extra kid things because she had it all! Even toys hiding under the tv in a cabinet in the living room that my 3/4 year old found during movie night! Well stocked kitchen and the black stone was wonderful! (We used it everyday!) We will ABSOLUTELY be back. ❤️

We had a great stay. Kitchen is well stocked and we were able to cook the entire week. Really nice to have two dishwashers for a family gathering. The grill is really nice. And great outdoor hang out space. Plenty of seating in space for a big family. High chair and stroller there as advertised. Great location, convenient to walk to the Riverwalk. A few family members felt the mattresses were on the more firm side.

I had a group of friends and family meet at Kristen's house for to celebrate my birthday and it was exactly what we were looking for. The house was thoughtfully decorated and each guest had their own comfortable bedroom with en-suite bathroom. We cooked in the kitchen throughout the week and it was definitely well stocked with anything you might need. Kristen was a great host - she was super responsive, allowed us to check in early and check out late, and made us feel very welcome. I'd say the location is a little further out from the main village of Sunriver, but still less than a 10 minute drive. Overall we had an amazing week and we're excited to come back!

We had a wonderful family reunion at this lovely, well appointed home. We loved all the king sized beds and bathrooms! Also, had great family walks and bike rides on the trails around Sunriver! The kitchen had everything we could need and then some. This is a great location for a large group and we highly recommend it!

I am absolutely in love with this house! It’s beautifully decorated. The open concepts always people to visit each other, while being engaged in separate activities (making dinner, watching the game, playing a game on the table). What makes it stand out above all others, to me, is the details. First, a gorgeous table that is big enough for all the guests to eat together. The kitchen is well appointed. Whether you are looking for wine glasses or serving dishes….there is plenty. There is even separate dishes for taking outside to the hot tub. There are two dishwashers, a wine fridge, a separate beer fridge, and a spare refrigerator in the garage. Every room has its own private bath. There are dedicated make up towels, fancy soap, and quality linens. If I remember correctly, there is more than one how water heater so there is plenty of hot water for everyone. There is a nice game room upstairs with a pool table and sitting area. I cannot say enough nice things about this place. I stayed there last year with friends. They want to book again.

Excellent house! We travel to Sunriver each year with multiple other families and loved this house so much that we returned. The owners are friendly and communicative making it even more inviting. It has every kitchen gadget you could want, lots of bikes to ride, games to play, and plenty of space so even with 12 people, there is always a place to which people can escape. The investments in the technology, HVAC, TVs and sounds systems, create a comfortable and luxurious stay. Everything has been thought through!

Our time at Paradise Pines was by far the best experience we've ever had at an Airbnb, I wish we didn't have to leave! The beds were super comfortable, and each 'adult' room had it's own bathroom. The kids loved the bunkbed room, too. The kitchen was above and beyond the best stocked kitchen in any rental we've ever seen. It had everything to cook and prep with! Everyone enjoyed the beautiful great room with fireplace after getting chilly playing ping pong in the garage. The owner was great to work with and, super helpful. The place was clean and ready when promised! Can't wait to stay there again!

We stayed 2 nights here and it was amazing! This house is set up perfectly to have a multifamily vacation. It has ping pong, pool, bikes, and a hot tub. It is super clean and star gazing in the hot tub was fabulous! Highly recommend if you are going to stay in Sunriver!
