Our home is well-appointed, spacious, and one of the newest, most modern homes in Sunriver. No detail has been overlooked, with high-quality finishes and comfortable furniture. The home is light and bright, featuring vaulted, open-beam ceilings and a floor-to-ceiling fireplace. It’s perfect for multi-family getaways, holiday gatherings, or reunions.
Where is this home located in Sunriver?
Our home is nearest to Circle 5. For shopping, The Village is at Circle 1. For swimming, SHARC is at Circle 2. For outdoor recreation and scenery, we’re a short quarter mile from the Cardinal Landing Bridge. It is within a 3-minute bike ride to the Central Oregon MTB trail system and the Deschutes River. Most attractions in Sunriver are an easy 5-10 minute drive or a 15-minute bike ride.

Is your home good for children and families?
Yes! Our home is ideal for younger children, as we provide multiple high chairs, pack-and-plays, kid-sized bikes, and strollers. We also have toys and books! The home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. It is on an oversized lot with plenty of green space. This is perfect for young kids to ride bikes and play safely.
Bikes?
Yes, we have many for your use! 10+ bikes, including kids’ and adult mountain bikes, trailers, strollers, and tow-behind trainers! We also have tons of helmets for the little ones to adults. The home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. It sits on an oversized lot with plenty of green space. This area is perfect for young kids to ride bikes and play safely. Ultimately, you have the responsibility to inspect the bikes prior to riding. However, we regularly inspect, maintain, and service our small fleet of bikes. We strive to have the best bikes available. If you have a problem, we want to hear about it so we can address it! Class 1 pedal assist e-bikes allowed. Throttle controlled class 2/3 e-bikes, Segways, hoverboards and scooters are prohibited.
Skateboards, hoverboards, rollerblades/skates are prohibited on pathways.
Is there parking at your home?
Yes! Our long, oversized driveway easily accommodates 6 cars during your stay.
Do you offer EV charging?
Yes! We offer free charging for all electric vehicles. You can charge up to 40 amps on the Level 2 charger in the garage. The wire runs under the garage door. This setup allows you to charge in the driveway. At the same time, you can maintain access to the ping pong tables. Tesla owners, please bring your J1772-to-NACS adapter.
Can I easily cook for my family in this kitchen?
Absolutely! You’ll have ample space for meal prep with 5 refrigerators. These include a Sub-Zero main fridge, a spare fridge, a chest freezer in the garage, and wine and beverage coolers. The kitchen features a commercial-grade 6-burner cooktop, oven with warming drawer, and large convection microwave that doubles as an oven. Enjoy three coffee options (French press, drip, and Keurig) to start your day. Two dishwashers make cleanup a breeze. For large groups, we provide plenty of plates, bowls, serving utensils, and over 20 spices/seasonings. Extras include a griddle, Instant Pot, air fryer, and 8-slot toaster.
What do you include for bathrooms/toiletries?
Each bathroom is stocked with shower gels, ample bath and hand towels, a makeup towel, and a hair dryer.
Do you offer SHARC passes?
No, we no longer participate in the Recreation Plus Program (often called SHARC passes) to keep our rates affordable. We found that pool closures due to wildfire smoke and limited availability (outside of summer) didn’t always benefit our guests. However, we offer a summer rebate program so you can enjoy the recreation of your choice.

Do you have a Summer Rebate program?
Yes! For stays of a week or longer, you’ll receive a 50% rebate for activities at SHARC. You can also enjoy the same rebate for tennis/pickleball. A round of mini golf in The Village is included, too. Simply save your receipts, upload them electronically to our form within 3 days of checkout, and get money back. The maximum refund is $250 (e.g., $500 in experiences = $250 refund).
What are my options for golfing?
As of March 2025, all golf courses within Sunriver are private. However, Central Oregon offers excellent alternatives nearby. Quail Run in La Pine, 15 miles from our home, is an 18-hole championship course. Widgi Creek Golf Course is 20 miles away in Bend. It has been voted the #1 choice by Central Oregon golfers more than 20 times.
Can I check in early or check out late?
We do our best to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. This depends on housekeeping schedules. It also depends on bookings before or after your stay. We often won’t know if this is possible until the day of check-in or check-out. We know what its like to travel away from home especially with kids, we’ll always try to meet your request!
Can I bring animals/dogs?
No, pets are not allowed anywhere on the property, even temporarily. Paradise Pines is also a personal home for the owners and their family when not rented. Certain family members and guests have severe allergies, and any animal on the property could cause significant respiratory distress.
Smoking allowed?
No, smoking is strictly prohibited in Sunriver and at our home. Central Oregon’s dry climate makes accidental sparks a fire hazard. Violating the no-smoking policy may result in eviction and damage fees.
Have you ever had to enforce the security deposit?
Rarely but it has happened unfortunately. In 2023 the pool table felt was damaged and it cost over $700 to repair. Over the years, we’ve hosted hundreds of respectful guests without issue. It’s never our goal to charge for minor accidents, like broken glasses or plates.
Are there perks for return guests?
