We travel to Sunriver each year with multiple other families and loved this house so much that we returned. The owners are friendly and communicative making it even more inviting. It has every kitchen gadget you could want, lots of bikes to ride, games to play, and plenty of space so even with 12 people, there is always a place to which people can escape. The investments in the technology, HVAC, TVs and sounds systems, create a comfortable and luxurious stay. Our time at Paradise Pines was by far the best experience we've ever had at an Airbnb, I wish we didn't have to leave! The beds were super comfortable, and each 'adult' room had it's own bathroom. The kids loved the bunkbed room, too. The kitchen was above and beyond the best stocked kitchen in any rental we've ever seen. It had everything to cook and prep with! Everyone enjoyed the beautiful great room with fireplace after getting chilly playing ping pong in the garage. The owner was great to work with and, super helpful. This house is set up perfectly to have a multifamily vacation. It has ping pong, pool, bikes, and a hot tub. It is super clean and star gazing in the hot tub was fabulous! All of us at some point enjoyed the cornhole, the bikes, the jacuzzi, ping pong and the pool table. Kristen was so on top of covering all of the logistics. I was thoroughly impressed with their digital guest information guide which addressed any questions we may have had during the stay. The kitchen and dining room had lots of space and everything we needed for cooking meals for the whole family. Very clean. Kristen’s home is easily the most beautiful and well-appointed home. She has thought of EVERYTHING, including a separate set of non-breakable dishes and glassware for outdoor use. Got wine? Store it in the wine fridge! Got beer and soda? There is a special mini fridge for that too! Serving a big crowd for a week? No problem! Not only is there an extra large fridge, there is a spare in the garage. Everyone can enjoy meals together on the table that comfortably seats 10 people, with additional seating at the island. The living room and bonus room are spacious and comfy for hanging out and visiting. The entire house is spotless and nicely decorated. Guests enjoy their own private en suite bathroom. Again, Kristen has thought of everything, including makeup towels and separate towel for the hot tub. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this amazing house. Well worth every penny! They thought of everything. The home is well stocked. For example, we needed 2 slow cooker/instant pots and she had two which meant we could leave ours at home on the road trip. They even have two dishwashers which means less time spent doing dishes.The home is beautiful, everything was as pictured. It's so nice for each bedroom to have it's own bathroom. Plus, the hot tub is big enough for 7 and they have a small privacy fence so it doesn't feel like the whole neighborhood can see you.
